Earlier this year in one of the toughest markets we’ve seen since 07-09 I had the pleasure of working with AJ. My first observation was the he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and charismatic. Mind you this buyer was moving from California with a family of 5 and needed to make accommodations quickly for his lovely family. AJ stayed on top of the communication the entire time, I often wondered if he ever slept because during a 45 day text thread he did not miss one convo or take more than 5 minutes to respond.
